The Opportunity:

Our client is a leading US organization that specializes in manufacturing and distribution of precision equipment/technology. They serve a wide range of industries including automotive, aerospace, electronics, and pharmaceuticals, providing solutions for improving productivity, efficiency, and quality in manufacturing processes.

We are seeking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator who can promptly address customer inquiries, oversee order processing efficiency, and ensure timely shipment and delivery scheduling.

  • 1-year contract (subjected to conversion/extension)
  • Working days/hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
  • Location: East region
  • Basic up to $3,300 + Completion Bonus

The Job:

  • Manage all sales orders in SAP (processing, arranging for logistics, and tracking of statuses).
  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Handle client complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure system information is updated and assist in ensuring smooth daily operations.

The Talent:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination/administration.
  • Candidates with SAP experience are advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
