In this role, you will be responsible for the design of the learning and growth system for internal employees through both online and offline educational programs and training.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design of the learning and growth system for internal employees, through online and offline education forms, promote online sharing, training camps, study tours and other key education projects, and continuously extract and accumulate excellent experience
• Coordinate internal education projects, ensure the sustainable operation of projects through cross-department collaboration through self-operation and authorized operation models, and be responsible for education coverage and feedback
• Participate in the implementation of the certification system for internal business capabilities, and continuously optimize the assessment and review mechanism in the process to enhance the professionalism and influence of the certification system and promote the establishment of the certification system

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of relevant training / 2 years of e-commerence experience
• Have relatively strong thinking logic and expression skills, project execution and cross-department collaboration capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• TikTok Shop business (merchant or creator) experience is preferred
• Proficiency in English as all training and educational programs will be conducted in English
