Porsche Singapore is offering a vacancy as Intern Finance within its Finance Team. The successful intern will support the Finance Team in various day-to-day finance operations.

  • Supporting the accounts payable and account receivable processes, which includes processing invoices, checking and issuing receipts, updating transactions in the Dealer Management System (DMS), and etc.
  • Assisting in financial analysis and planning tasks, including data extraction, analysis, presentation of findings and insights.
  • Supporting the procurement process using the Dealer Management System (DMS), including tasks such as vendor creation and facilitating of purchase request (PR) approvals.
  • Participating in discussions regarding process improvement to enhance efficiency and streamline Finance Team workflows.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate in Business Administration, Accountancy, or any other relevant studies.
  • Past internship experience preferred.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently.
  • Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding.
  • Internship Duration: June 2024 – December 2024
  • Internship Type: Full-time
