Job Description: As a Retail Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing our inventory and order processing systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Packaging Parcels: Thorough and conscientious packaging of parcels to ensure the safety and integrity of products.

• Order Fulfillment: Meeting established deadlines for fulfilling e-commerce orders within specified timeframes.

• Inventory Support: Providing inventory packing support for academy use and ensuring the safe packaging of delicate craft materials.

• Order Validation: Validating and cross-referencing orders against online and offline purchases.

• Quality Control: Receiving parcels from suppliers, conducting thorough inspections for quality, and ensuring their proper storage and display.

• Inventory Management: Conducting weekly inventory audits and accurately recording inventory data.

• Customer Assistance: Assisting walk-in customers, managing pick-up orders, and proficiently utilizing Point of Sale (POS) systems.

• Customer Service: Handling online inquiries through email, chat, and telephone support channels.

• Technical Skills: Demonstrating fundamental computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Store Maintenance: Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the Retail Warehouse Store.

• Ad-hoc Duties: Fulfilling any additional duties as assigned by the manager or director.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using basic computer applications and POS systems.
• Experience in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Permanent role with at least 6 months commitment
