About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support. This flexible position offers 5-15 hours per week, with availability required at times during business hours (9 am to 6 pm daily). Tasks will vary, ranging from running errands and assisting with personal and business-related activities, to helping with document management and social media support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage personal and business errands
- Assist with administrative tasks such as setting appointments and document management
- Take meeting notes and help with event coordination
- Create content in Canva and PowerPoint
- Handle social media tasks
- Provide tech support (basic troubleshooting and organization)
- Draft and write documents, emails, and other communications
- Provide general office and personal assistance as needed
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Canva for design tasks
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience in administrative roles or similar positions is a plus
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in a personal assistant role or office environment
- Experience with event coordination
- Social media experience
Schedule & Flexibility:
- 5-15 hours per week, with flexible scheduling
- Availability required at times during business hours (9 am to 6 pm)
