The Peer Recovery Coach is responsible for the life cycle of bringing clients into our peer supportwork and working as a Peer Recovery Coach.
This involvesworking, strategic partnerships, meeting with potential clients, and onboarding them into our system. This role will aim to drive growth through a multitude of channels and help bring our life-changing services to as many indiuals in need as possible.
Principal Duties and Personal Attributes as a Client Recruiter:

- Developing connections with social and medical organizations
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Deep understanding of the peer supportmunity
- Motivated indiual looking to drive positive change
Principal Duties and Personal Attributes as a Peer Recovery Coach:
Assist indiuals with recovery planning, relapse prevention, housing needs, and education/employment
Exhibit a nonjudgmental approach, listen with empathy, and have the ability to support people in discovering their own solutions
Ability to share personal lived experience in a way that empowers others
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to work with a diverse group of indiuals
- Experience working with or in tandem with peer supportworks
- Peer Coaching certification (CCAR or other) preferred

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
