Job DescriptionPosition: Document Control Specialist
Location: Richland, WA (Day 1 Onsite)
Duration: Long Term Contract

SUMMARY:
- Performs the daily activities of office services functions, such as space allocation, office moves, facility operations, leasehold improvements, renovation activities, security and access control, food services management, reproduction, telmunications, mail and shipping, messenger service, travel, office supplies, furniture and equipment, and miscellaneous services. Participates in the development of new or improved systems and procedures.

- Receives operational supervision from responsible supervisor.
B. Supervision Exercised
- May coordinate and/or direct personnel involved in assigned area of responsibility.
C. Contacts
- Managers, department leads, and group leads.
- Vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Counterparts in other offices
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Performs office services daily activities as required.
2. May assist in the development of reports, processes, and procedures to improve or maintain the quality of office services functions.
3. Prepares regular or special reports. May participate in preparing or monitoring budgets.
4. Schedules work activities, monitors schedules, and maintains necessary logs.
5. Contributes to work process improvements.
6. Develops written desk gelines. May instruct others in applicable work processes.
7. May establish and maintain filing system and record copies of facility and office services documents. May participate in project/department records retention and archiving activities.
8. May prepare or proe input to work planning and/or performance reviews. May act as lead of work group.
9. May proe input to the selection of staff and suppliers.
10. May train assigned personnel or arrange for their training.
11. Maintains awareness of developments in equipment, software applications, technology, and processes related to applicable service area(s). Proes gance to others.
12. Facilitates move processes.
13. May order project or department supplies/stationery and maintain supply cab.
14. May assist with the implementation of programs related to Safety and Health.
15. Performs other work assignments as required.
