We are searching for a full-time Customer Service Team Lead to join our team of Customer Service Representatives with the goal of proing world-class customer service, ensuring that customers concerns are addressed and resolved in an appropriate and timely fashion.

WHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR:

˙ Education and Experience: Customer service experience; 1-3 years of supervisory experience in customer service or retail environment. Project management experience is preferred, not mandatory.

WHAT YOU LL DO:

˙ Maintain all necessary updates for projects in CRM; any correspondence between designer and client must be maintained as well as themunication from corporate to client.

˙ Respond to customer inquiries and proe follow-up to ensure that customer issues are handled and resolved appropriately.

˙ Schedule installations and services for customers and ensure that all appointments are confirmed.

˙ Respond to inquiries and call-ins from project managers and installers.

˙ Maintain and track Customer Service call lists within Closet America gelines.

˙ Evaluate, distribute, and schedule service-related appointments.

˙ Identify installation specifications by reviewing factors such as project size and site requirements andmunicate resource needs to appropriate departments.

˙ Assist in the ongoing training and development of the Customer Service team.

˙ Process daily job reports and distribute them to the necessary parties.

˙ Assist in resolving escalated customer concerns.
