OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part Time Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing essential administrative support, and managing various office functions. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can multitask effectively and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment. The position has potential to grow into a Full-Time position based on job performance and company needs.
Work schedule will be asssigend between 7AM to 4PM, Monday thru Friday, details could be discussed.
Duties
- Assist with daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks.
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as needed.
- Support vendor management by coordinating with suppliers and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Serve as the front desk representative, greeting visitors and managing incoming correspondence.
- Perform data review and data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain accurate weekly inboudn and outbound reports with all venders and customers.
- Assist with event planning, organizing company events, meetings, and other activities as required.
- Other office duties may assign as company needs: eg, weight entry, etc.
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment is essential.
- Experience with payroll systems and vendor management is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software is desirable.
- A background in logistic will be beneficial.
