We are seeking an enthusiastic sales & marketing leader to join us as the Director of Community Relations at The Park at Surprise!
Full-time opportunity!
Starting at $70,000 annually, DOE; Salaried / Exempt position with Bonus Opportunities!

Who you are:
You enjoy being at the fore-front of marketing and sales. The DCR is responsible for developing and increasing occupancy levels and high-quality census through actively campaigning to sell the Community’s outstanding senior living options and living standards.
What you ll do:
- Be themunity leader responsible for proing the highest level of customer service including building a prospect base, responding to inquiries, generating and givingmunity tours, and performing purposeful follow-up
- Coordinates the annual and monthly marketing action plans
- Maintains census rates and inquiry history
- Maintains marketing collateral
- Coordinates for all move-ins
- Maintains the mailing and follow-up calls with customers and referrals
- Completes a weekly marketing report
- Maintains Guest and Showrooms
- Communicates regularly with department managers,munity leaders, and other marketing staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Sales and marketing experience
- Experience working in the senior living industry is preferred
- Effective leader who loves working with seniors
- Team-focused indiual with a deepmitment to customer service
- Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
- Ability tomunicate effectively with reents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
