Must have O365 Experience - Permanent position with benefits, on-site in Tampa. W2 Only

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned:

o Advanced hardware and software troubleshooting

o Problem escalation

o PC imaging

o Device setup

o Backup support

  • Performs daily system monitoring, verifies the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviews system and application logs and verifiespletion of scheduled jobs
  • Asset Management experience is a must
  • Understand and adhere to Inent Management, Request Management, and Knowledge Management policies
  • Manage IT ticket queues within established SLAs
  • Proactively manage ticket queue and ability to prioritize daily tasks
  • Resolves problem situations in a professional manner.
  • Must be able to troubleshoot basic to moderatelyplex hardware and software issues
  • Must understand how to use and troubleshoot Office 365, Desktop Central, Go-Assist, Active Directory, Windows 10/11
  • Must ensure all PCs and laptops remainpliant with security, patch and antivirus updates
  • Must be able to create, update, and follow documented processes and procedures, but make suggestions for continual improvement when applicable
  • Collaboration in enforcing software licensing entitlements (ensuring s entitlements are not exceeded)
  • Assist resources of all levels within the organization with various system related issues.
  • Champions customer support through positive interaction and advocacy of all end-user issues
  • Experience with ServiceNow and/or SalesForce platform preferred
  • Proe superb customer service both written and verbal, to technical and non-technical customers.
  • Created appropriate documentation to support auditing as required by HIPAA/HiTech and/or NIST.
  • Create, maintain, technical knowledge article and assist with knowledge transfer across the team
  • Must be able to lift upwards of 50lbs, stand for long periods of time, climb stairs, crawl under and/or between desks.
  • Must be able to perform other duties as assigned.
  • Must occasionally escort vendors or facilities into IT-only rooms

Must be able work in a fast-paced environment

  • Off-hours on-call rotation is required

Education and/or Experience

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience/Certifications within area related to job function
  • 2-3 years of related experience with Windows OS, software andputer peripherals
  • 3+ years of customer service experience

Relevant Certifications:

  • A+, N+, ITIL Certifications is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
