Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES of this position would include but not be limited to:

  • Regularly walking throughout the reence and grounds to check equipment, maintain appearance, and ensure safety
  • Completing and documenting work orders as assigned by the Maintenance Director, including maintenance and repairs for the building, grounds and equipment
  • Following troubleshooting, reporting to the Maintenance Director any parts or supplies needed toplete repairs
  • Assisting the Director withpletion and documentation of inventory, preventative maintenance, warranties, inspections, and overseeing work performed by oute vendors
  • Communicating effectively with reents and staff
  • Adhering topany policies, procedures and safety gelines

REQUIREMENTS of this position would include but not be limited to:

  • Previous experience in a related trade or position, preferably with expertise in electrical, HVAC and repairs and/or maintenance
  • The position may require the indiual to operate a motor vehicle as part of service and delivery requirements

This position operates in various environments throughout the reence. Regular exposure to heat, cold, various weather conditions, sharp objects, electric tools, sharp objects, and various chemicals will occur. Indiual may be exposed to materials thatmonly cause allergic reactions such as paint, fiberglass, dusts, grass, and pollens.
