Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while handling transactions efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers will play a crucial role in enhancing their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Operate the cash register, processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to provide accurate information.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Experience

• Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and handling cash transactions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
• A proactive attitude towards learning about products and services offered in-store.

Pay: $14.50 - $16.60 per hour
