ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Process renewal business within timelines and quality standards, including updating and maintaining information in the client management system. 2. Escalate issues of increasedplexity, according to department standards, to the applicable internal contact. 3. Proe clients with timely information including plan information, rates, contributions, and carrier contacts. 4. Address and resolve client questions and issues. 5. Assist in preparation of renewal proposals; stewardship reports; service plans;parisons, and demonstrates creativity in presentation style. 6. Support service and production team in reaching overall agency revenue and retention goals. 7. Maintain daily client processing functions such as endorsements, policies, audits, pending cancellations, ID cards. 8. Take report and monitor claims (if applicable). 9. Document member and clientmunications in the client management services tool according to department standards. 10. Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, direct bill, accounting discrepancies and othermunications based on the needs of the internal team and clients. 11. Assist clients with claims resolution. 12. Participate inpany sponsored seminars, training workshops and webinars to enhance industry knowledge and education. 13. Other duties and responsibilities assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Assignment based primarily upon the indiual s minimal level of experience and production capacity to service a size book of business 2. High school diploma or equivalent 3. Demonstrated proficiency inputer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite 4. Demonstrate strong organizational and project skills 5. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) 6. Act with responsiveness, urgency and professionalism in all matters 7. Prioritize work to achieve timelypletion of the most critical and sensitive activities 8. Respond quickly to client requests and work to proe appropriate information 9. Accept accountability for the quality of work Preferred Qualifications: 1. Five years of industry specific experience 2. LOB designations 3. College or advanced degree
