Office Administrator

As an office administrator at Health Insurance for Seniors LLC, you will ensure the day-to-day operations of our organization run smoothly. Your main responsibilities will include entering data, organizing files, managing office supplies, and supporting the client base and office team. Office Administrator Responsibilities:

· Maintain information databases and spreadsheets, including various lists for different mailings or phone conversations.

  • Handle incoming calls, providing information, assisting clients with various call center conversations or directing calls to the appropriate person.
  • Respond to emails in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Keep track of office supplies and notify of restocking needs.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as document preparation, drafting correspondence, and special projects.
  • Providing support to customers or clients, addressing inquiries or concerns.
  • Plan and organize office events or functions.

Work Hours and Benefits: The expected remote office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. This is full time position. There is a need to come to the main office as needed or requested

Office Administrator Qualifications and Skills:

· Attention to detail in managing files, records, and documentation.

  • Familiarity with office equipment, such as copiers and scanners.
  • Basic knowledge of office management software and tools.
