Position is located in Enterprise, AL.

ROLE:

To assist members with transactional and complex request through effective, accurate and professional Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) interactions and video banking. The Virtual Assistant will assist member and potential members with their request, explain services, open new accounts, generate loan leads, and respond to problems in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for handling a variety of member service functions via Interactive Teller Machines (ITM), including assisting members with requests and transactions, answering questions about products and services including loan products; recommending products that will benefit the member; resolving issues and concerns, and escalating to ITM Supervisor as necessary.
  • Educates and promotes usage of Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) and video banking with members and employees. Provides technical support to members while utilizing the video technology.
  • Provides professional, accurate, courteous, friendly, and timely service to all members via the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) and video banking to identify and understand their financial services’ needs.
  • Identifies and recommends products and services based on the member’s financial needs upon review of their account or through determining needs based on asking open ended questions.
  • Researches and resolves complex member service inquiries and issues with limited supervision.
  • Promptly reports malfunctions of ITM-to-ITM Supervisor.
  • Assures that appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience:

One year to three years of financial institution experience handling teller transactions. Experience communicating via virtual technology preferred.
