Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Supervisor: Manager, Los Angeles

Location: 8850 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90048

Schedule: Upon Manager’s request (5 days a week incl. Saturday and Sunday)

Job Description

We are looking for a customer-oriented administrative assistant who will be assisting the designers as well as resolve any after sales issues, under supervision of the Manager.

Sales team assistance

  • Assist sales team with all sale
  • Customer interaction: Greet customers and inform them of our services and product information if designers are occupied with another client
  • Help store manager with showroom operations
  • Assist designers with clients’ orders from start to finish, updating clients with eta, filing SAVs to air table etc.
  • Any other duties assigned by designers

Marketing and sales tools

  • Maintain materials library and update vendor catalogs/ pricelists. Contact vendors for sample requests/information on products
  • Maintain showroom’s tearsheet library
  • Tagging barcode (accessories), store checkup (videos)
  • Help with inventory maintenance

Showroom layout and administrative tasks

  • Merchandising/layout of the store upon approval/ request by the store manager
  • Store floor plan update
  • Showroom supplies
  • Field telephone calls

Requirements

  • Prior administrate experience is plus
  • Excellent communication skills and problem solving
  • Attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel
  • Proficient in data entry
