Job Description:

• Support research lab purchasing lab supplies through procurement systems Oracle financials. Organize a supply closet move and take stock of department office supplies and make necessary purchases. Help coordinate event planning for two Department events, the summer Picnic and Scientific retreat in the fall. Help secure location and order catering for summer picnic. Help build a venue list along with cost breakdowns and a pro/con list for department leadership to decide which venue to utilize for the retreat.
