Your opportunity

  • We are looking for an associate or entry level software developer to join our experienced software development team responsible for developing and maintaining the global website for Janus Henderson Investors (www.janushenderson.com)
  • Assisting the development manager with all aspects of software design and coding and testing
  • Attending and contributing to company development meetings
  • Learning the codebase and improving your coding skills
  • Writing and maintaining code
  • Conducting development tests
  • Working on minor bug fixes

Must have skills

  • Desire to learn new software and technologies
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Entry level knowledge obtained from any of the following: degree in computer science, coding boot camps, self-taught online courses, development internships or development experience obtained while working development or non-development jobs
  • Knowledge of one or more of the common web coding languages such as C++, Java, PHP, HTML5, or JavaScript

Compensation information

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 – $65,000. The range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
