Description & Qualifications


Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Work with customers and internal teams to understand requirements in the Pre-Sales process. Participate in sales discovery calls when requested.
  • Consult with customers on launch/activation expectations and expected timelines. Prepare customer for requirement gathering project milestone.
  • Provide consultation assistance to preferred implementation partners and customers on UKG Pro payroll impacts, consult on program-wide launch/activation timeline (including the Core HR/Payroll module), and identify tasks required for a successful UKG Benefits Administration Launch.
  • Ensure customers are submitting necessary services requests and cases for required tasks by deadlines set forth by the project team.

o Monitor client cases and service requests through delivery

  • Communicate with project teams to monitor project progress as well as identify and report any risk to project timelines, interface (EDI) production timeline, and/or project health, to leadership.

o Maintain EDI trackers for each project to be able to report overall EDI health to managers. Call out areas of concern or notify if an escalation is necessary.

  • Advocate for customers by following proper escalation path with internal and partner stakeholders. Ensure timely resolutions to escalations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans.
  • Assist in capacity planning and resourcing projects.
  • Responsible for managing pipeline of on-hold customers to set re-engagement expectations
  • Update Salesforce monthly to reflect accurate project phase and project health
  • Flexibility to move across teams and assignments
  • Other duties to be assigned



  • 3-5 years of experience managing projects of medium/large sizes and varying complexity and impact
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills.
  • Proven analytical, problem solving, decision making, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Passionate about working in collaborative and/or cross-functional team environment
  • Experience with Project Management methodologies
  • Proven consulting experience partnering with stakeholders
  • Facilitate meetings and successfully manage virtual project teams
  • Strong track record of driving a project to completion, on time/budget, and within scope
  • Able to look at big picture, conceptualize outcomes and identify trends

Ability to flex your role with team demands.

Experience, Education, Certification, License and Training

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
