Mavidon is a small business in Flat Rock, NC. We are agile, professional and our goal is to B2B Order Processing (From email, phone, web…etc) , AR, Shipping documents. Experience using a POS program and understanding shipping documentation is a plus. .

Our organization is looking for a Clerical Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, including filing, data entry, answering phones, and other clerical duties as needed. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and take orders.
• Process orders correctly from Email, Fax and Web.
• Process AR payments and follow up with business cusomers who are late.
• Comfortable with a POS accounting system.
• Perform data entry tasks.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour
