Under general supervision performs varied and routine domestic cleaning, maintenance or other custodial or grounds maintenance duties as needed.

Performs daily in assigned areas, empty trash cans, broom sweep floors, clean marker boards, and align student desk and stools.

Performs daily, one detailed cleaning of each assigned restroom and monitors condition throughout work schedule.

Performs daily work on detail cleaning list of assigned spaces.

Performs general interior maintenance by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, stripping wax, cleaning carpet, walk-ways, restrooms, etc., as assigned.

Moves, arranges, and stores furniture/equipment in a clean condition, provides setups for college functions as needed.

Assist in miscellaneous campus projects ands supplements other assigned personnel as needed, promptly reporting a problem to supervision.

Performs daily, housekeeping of assigned lounge areas.

Performs daily, exterior housekeeping of assigned areas.

Experience in custodial, housekeeping, or pest control work that is directly related to the area of employment.
