Customer Service Representative
KBMO Diagnostics is looking to fill a full-time customer service position.
Monday – Friday 9-5pm. Starting pay $18-19/Hr.
We are looking for a personable, detail-oriented customer service representative to join our growing organization. This position will be responsible for multiple front office duties.
Excellent customer service skills are a must as this candidate will be dealing directly with our clients, answering phones and emails throughout the day.
This position will also be sorting, filing, faxing paperwork etc. Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask and be a strong communicator are a must. This candidate should be a reliable self-starter with strong computer and data entry skills. You will also occasionally fill in other areas of the office when needed.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for communication (both verbal
and written) between KBMO Diagnostics and its clients, especially regarding customer inquiries and concerns.
Some tasks the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:
- Handling all customer inquiries and other duties in support of customer satisfaction.
- Recording call history in the customer service database.
- Maintaining customer service records, as appropriate.
- Communicating issues to Laboratory Management.
- Contacting clients to resolve issues related to testing and result reporting.
- Providing sample management support as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
