Yummy Pools is one of the fastest growing pool companies in Atlanta. With the fast growth comes growing pains and a mach 5 pace.

8: You are pleasant to speak with. You will be on the phone with happy customers, upset customers and everything in between. You must be someone who can deal with all types of people and that doesn’t drain you.

Okay… If you aren’t scared off yet… Let me describe what you will actually do at Yummy Pools.

1: Inbound Customer Service: You will be responsible for the incoming phone calls, texts and emails from customers. You will either handle the situation or pass to the right department.

2: Outbound Customer Calls: At Yummy Pools, we buy other companies all the time. You will be responsible for calling/emailing/texting new customers we buy and welcoming them to Yummy Pools. You will help transition the customer to our billing.

3: Customer Details Communication: You will be responsible for updating customers with things they need to know about their pool. Whether it’s telling the customer to add water to their pool, getting a gate code so our tech’s can get in the pool or letting customers know about schedule changes.

4: Customer Routing: You will be responsible for setting up routes for our technicians and managing that process. This will take about 40% of your time. You will be focused on making sure every customer has pool service, every week. And when someone calls out, you will be the person who reorgs routes on the fly to make sure customers pools are cared for.

5: Inventory Ordering: You will be in charge of ordering chemicals and supplies for all of our techs. You will make sure they have what they need, when they need it.

Your success will be measured by:

1: Speed to follow up and follow through for all inbound customer requests.

2: 100% follow through on customer communication checklist.

3: Route accuracy. You will be measured on your ability to make sure all technicians routes are accurate and you will communicate with the techs of any items they need to know.

4: Inventory Budget: You will run the inventory budget and make sure we don’t spend more than we budget for chemicals and supplies.

This role is a remote position the majority of the time. HOWEVER, for training period, we will expect you to meet with our Chief Operating Office in person 3-4 days a week.

We have found that training works better in person. After you are fully trained, you will be able to work from home 80% of the time. The other 20% would be meetings we might need you to attend.

You need to live within 25 minutes of Cumming, GA. Don’t apply if you don’t.

Important: This job will deal with a lot of technologies like Slack, Google Drive, Spreadsheets & our pool business software. If you aren’t savvy with new tech, you will not make it in this role.

You will be on a team. We have an office team you will be on and you will have support and help at all times.

We require any hire to have a solution for childcare. Because you will be speaking to customers all day, we require you to have a quiet environment that can be professional for the customer experience.
