Job description

Jaspem is looking to hire an accounting data entry clerk.

We are looking for someone who is efficient, self-motivated, capable, and focused.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting and clerical functions to support accounting personnel
• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• assist in month end closing

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel or similar database software
• Excellent typing and transcription skills
• Ability to research and collect data

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
