We are looking to add entry-level data entry associates to our team! This position is full-time and in-house at our location in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database. This individual would be responsible for placing customer orders into our sales system throughout the entirety of their shift. We are looking for someone who is comfortable using computers, computer software and programs including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

This is a detail-specific position and requires an individual, for the majority of their shift, to be seated at a desk and working on a computer. During downtime, when there are no orders to place, the associate will trained and assigned tasks that deal with answering the office phone and helping customers on the phone with questions regarding their orders and our products. A candidate may also be trained on some light duty warehouse duties.

Shifts:

• Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9 am to 5 pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Placing orders
• Data entry

• Potential light duty warehouse work

Required Skills:

• Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing systems is strongly preferred
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
• Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
• Great attention to detail
• High school degree or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-managing and pro-active
• Reliable in regards to attendance and punctuality
• Displays strong organizational skills
• Good time management
