In our small (busy) year-round cafe/market/restaurant/caterer, our managers wear many hats, need to be flexible, able to multitask, enjoy working with and leading others, eagerly tackle the tasks of the day and enjoy being busy! This position would require you to do the same.

Your main focus would be customer service, assisting dining room during busy service, ensuring proper flow between front of house and back of house, training, some catering duties, etc. The job would be 70% hands-on, and 30% administrative. You must enjoy food, people, community and all things local.

Pay: $48,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
