Farm Hand – Equipment Operator

Located in central Illinois, we are a fifth-generation, family owned and managed farm. Our farm consists of production grain farming (including corn, soybeans, and wheat) and a swine farrow to finish operation. We’re committed to the continuous growth of our operation while providing challenging and rewarding jobs for our team.

Role

We’re growing and are currently looking for a Farm Hand / Equipment Operator to start immediately before Harvest this Fall. This position offers a wide variety of responsibilities including, but not limited to, operating equipment, performing light maintenance and repairs, and assisting in the swine barns. You will have an opportunity to learn and grow within this role with potential advancement.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday; 7am-3pm

Required

• Valid Driver’s License and/or CDL-A or the ability to obtain

• Livestock Experience
• Ag Machinery Operation Experience
• General Equipment Management
