Are you self-motivated and enjoy working independently? Our farm manager position at Ghidossi Farms, LLC is the job opportunity for you! Ghidossi Farms, LLC is located in Skagit County, Washington and is a family owned blueberry farm. We are working towards growing a sustainable blueberry crop in a responsible manner to ensure productivity for future generations in our region. Our farm manager position is a full time position.

Dates of employment: Employment is for a full time position, hiring period range is from May 15, 2023 through June 15, 2023.

Applicants must have:

A clean driving record.

Ability to complete basic math

Ability to problem solve

Able to work cooperatively with staff

Job activities and responsibilities include:

Harvesting produce

Running farming machinery

Offering trainings and continuing education for staff

Managing crews

Pruning crops

Monitoring and repairing irrigation systems

Work collaboratively with owners and staff

Enforce established safety protocols

Complete logging paperwork

Additional experience preferred but not required:

Bilingual

Able to make repairs on equipment

Prior farm work experience

Pay range: $20-30 per hour. 401K benefits with continual employment after specified working period with full time employment.
