To assist the Director of Finance with compilation of data to include, budgets, expense analysis and month end processes, as well as provide them administrative/secretarial support. Maintain the Finance department paperless filing system via SharePoint and train others in its use. To coordinate and perform a range of staff and operational support activities for the department. To serve as a liaison with other departments in the resolution of day to day administrative and operational problems. To act as a communication conduit within all finance departments, GM’s, and Mr. Rosen’s office.

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma is required, Bachelor’s degree desirable. This position uses and requires knowledge of the following software applications: Proficiency in Excel, other Microsoft Suite products and Quick Books, basic knowledge and understanding of SharePoint. Ability and experience in meeting management to include scheduling, agenda formation and minutes. Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
