Overview
The Contract Administration Manager is responsible for supporting the Procure to Pay Process for Raw Materials and Ingredients. The position gives exposure to many areas of the business and provides an extensive view of our P2P and Supply Chain challenging environments. This role partners closely with Global Procurement Category Buyers and SC Project /Integration teams to facilitate Contract creation and maintenance. The CA Manager is expected to provide leadership and financial oversight during the AOP raw material standards process as well as directing the activation and costing of new materials. This role is a valued business partner collaborating across many teams such as Global Procurement, Supply Chain Finance, Supply Chain Integration, Brand Innovation, Project teams, NASS A/P, Manufacturing Plants, External Vendors just to name a few.
Responsibilities
Partner with GBS Contract administration team on prioritizing team workload, driving timely service level agreements, engagement with team objectives & performance feedback.
Collaborate with GBS team to ensure KPI’s are being met: Parked/Blocked invoices, contract pricing reports, daily workflow requests, monitoring of SPA box, profit center accounting, and review run out reports.
Improve processes to optimize performance by driving standardization, simplification and automation.
Lead the SOX requirements for Contract pricing control and System Access roles.
Support the Supply Chain Purchasing Finance managers for GPP, Quaker, PCUS and TBG businesses for analytics driving PPV.
Manage the Contract Admin AOP processes. Coordinate with Chicago Control and GPP Supply Chain finance on the annual standard setting for all national costed raw materials.
Address escalation issues such as Payment interruptions / Major Vendors issues / GP support.
Provide trouble shooting solutions and guidance to GBS Contract Admin team.
Continue supporting TBG needs through January 2024.
Coordinate any new acquisitions and onboarding ( i.e. Cyto Sport, Rockstar. Health Warrior)
Address Supplier Financing Issues (Citibank and Cash application teams)
Assist and prepare for the S/4 Hana PGT roll out
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $ 91,100 – $ 152,450
Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out Annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
7 – 10 years of practical exposure, ideally with supervisory experience, in some of the following areas: Control, A/P, Global Procurement, Supply Chain Finance
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to collaborate within teams and across functions
Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills
Critical thinking and ability to challenge the status quo proactively
Ability to work independently under pressure and to meet demanding deadlines
Capability to work efficiently in remote and matrix environment with ability to operate collaboratively across multiple stakeholder groups / boundaries
Ability to function effectively in a team environment and gain the cooperation of individuals across the organization
Strong prioritization skills
SAP experience preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance preferred
