About us

Home Solution Providers is a small business in Atlanta, GA. We are a professional, data-driven and nimble organization that is restarting its office-based business after operating on a very minimal basis since COVID. We are excited about rebuilding our office team and starting with filling this front office position is a key critical foundational piece for our team.

  • Open and close the office daily
  • Greet and announce clients and visitors
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Receive and distribute mail
  • Ensure that the front office is maintained as a professional and clean environment
  • Perform client intakes as directed
  • Ensure all forms of client communication is conducted in a professional manner (i.e. phone, text, email, etc.)
  • Supply management for the office
  • Assist with the management of electronic client files/records
  • Perform marketing tasks as directed
  • Manage company’s Docusign account
  • Manage the info@ email account ensuring that all messages are answered and/or forwarded in a timely manner
  • Perform notary services
  • Process and post client payments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour


  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Atlanta, GA 30354: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)


  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Front office/administrative: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
