Swell Construction Group is looking for a Farmhand / Labor person for the location we have in Christmas, FL.

This person will do a variety of jobs, such as Pressure Washing, basic maintenance, mowing the grass, assist with Mechanics, etc. It will be something a little different every day, so the ideal candidate will not be bored!

This is primarily an outdoor position, so being able to handle FL heat is a must!

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Must have valid driver license OR a reliable way to and from work daily

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
• Ability to work in all weather.
• Follow instructions from Supervisors
• Workers must be punctual and reliable.
• Stay awake and Stay alert

Typical Schedule:

• 10 hour shift Monday – Thursday
• 8-10 hour shift on Friday’s
