Job Description:

Leidos’ Corporate Government Compliance team currently has an opening for a Government Compliance Analyst. The ideal candidate would be an individual contributor who is technologically savvy, focused on performing various audit support type activities. Previous audit experience preferred. Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, persistence, and communication are required. This is a rare opportunity to gain exposure to multiple functional areas and in-depth insights into the corporate financial structure and regulatory matters.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform internal self-assessments
  • Support external audits by retrieving various documentation
  • Ensure compliance with government laws and regulations, internal controls, and policies and procedures
  • Other duties, as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of related experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including pivots, vlookups, sumif, and concatenate functions.
  • Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS), and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
  • Working knowledge of Government Contracting
  • Well-developed analytical and research abilities
  • Strong and effective communication and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented with strong documentation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Able to work as part of a team and effectively interact with colleagues and Company employees across all functions and levels

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related major is preferable.
  • Knowledge of Leidos systems, policies, and procedures
  • Experience with Costpoint, Deltek, Cognos, Workday and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)

Pay Range:

Pay Range $48,750.00 – $75,000.00 – $101,250.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
