Rocking Horse Ranch Resort, an award winning family friendly resort located in Highland, NY, is seeking talented and experienced Horse Wranglers for the largest saddle horse operation in North America. You will instruct guests of all riding levels, from first-time riders to expert equestrians.

Responsibilities:

• Daily horse care, saddling, barn work, feeding, and tack maintenance
• Provide a warm and Western experience for guests of all riding levels
• Maintain a fun and safe riding environment by adhering to all procedures as set by management
• Direct and lead up to 8 guest rides per day with our herd of 120 strong

Qualifications:

• Expert horse care and riding skills
• Guest focused approach and high level of patience
• Strong work ethic, adept at multi-tasking, and a true team player
• Physical capacity to navigate around 100+ horses and ride in diverse weather conditions, and must be able to lift 50 lbs.
