We’re now hiring a Full-time/Part-Time Front Desk Agent to welcome guests to our property. If you’re excited to be part of a winning team this is a perfect place to get ahead.

Responsibilities for Front Desk Agent:

· Check guests in and out of their rooms

· Answer any questions guests have

· Make recommendations for activities and restaurants

· Store guest luggage

· Answer the phone and direct the call

-Input guest data into the computer reservation system

·Take reservations on the phone

·Maintain the record of guests that have checked in and out

-Communicate effectively with other hotel departments

Qualifications:

· Excellent customer service skills

· Amazing interpersonal abilities

· Top-of-the-line organizational skills

· Ability to handle multiple tasks at once

· Exemplary time management skills

· Incredibly detail-oriented

· Able to work nights, weekends and holidays; flexible schedule is a must

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift

• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
