GEODynamics in Benbrook, TX is looking for qualified candidates for Plant Services – Part-time Housekeeper.

As part of a team, the Plant Services – Housekeeper is responsible for taking care of our facilities and carrying out cleaning and maintenance duties.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Cleans, stocks and supplies designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
• Performs and documents routine inspection and maintenance activities.
• Carries out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
• Undertakes other duties and tasks that may be allocated that are appropriate to the job.
• Notifies management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
• Stocks and maintain supply rooms.
• Cooperates with the rest of the staff.
• Practices safe work habits in accordance with OSHA and GEO-specific Health and Safety expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• High School Diploma or Equivalency.
• 1 – 2 years of working experience as a cleaner/housekeeper.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize & multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to interact with individuals at varying levels within the organization.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Ability to lift up-to 40 lbs.
