• Support the recruitment/hiring process by helping with sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting with new hire information packets, etc
• Benefits administration
• Assist with the open enrollment process as well as ongoing new hire benefit enrollments
• Aid in processing bi-weekly payroll
• Responds to employee inquiries regarding pay, payroll procedures and forms, as well as payroll software issue
• Assist the HR department with administrative duties as needed
