AAA Washington is looking for an Insurance Customer Service Supervisor for our contact center who has the ability to help us increase the level of service to our insureds while empowering others to own solutions! As an active member of AAA Washington’s leadership team, you will coach, mentor, and develop our Customer Service Agents and help manage a customer-focused, quality driven team. You will communicate with the insurance companies we represent and help in maintaining these relationships while acting as a customer advocate and serving as a role model to your Customer Service Agents. We’re seeking dedicated individuals who have a strong commitment to customer service, proven communication skills with a diverse customer base, and strong attention to detail. This is a hybrid role with the expectation that most duties can be performed remotely while in-office presence may be required occasionally as well depending on the business need.

QUALIFICATIONS

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· 3 – 5 years of experience in customer service.

· 3 years successful supervisory experience in a call center environment, insurance call center preferred.

· Proven ability to motivate and lead teams to success.

· Proven experience with contact center technologies and practices.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Possess or be able to obtain a Washington State Property & Casualty, Life & Disability Insurance license.

· Knowledge of Insurance industry technologies and practices preferred.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Manage communication and conduct one-on-one discussions with customer service agents regarding performance and development.

· Monitor the CSU service levels to ensure that quality customer service is delivered and maintained.

· Provide regular feedback to CSU Manager regarding customer service agents’ successes, areas for development, and training gaps and provide suggestions for improvement.

SALARY INFO

The annual salary range is $56,984 to $78,353.

In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for an annual companywide discretionary incentive.
