This is a full time Mon-Friday position. Saturdays and Sundays maybe required.

The compensation will start at $18-$23/hour based on work experience, with potential for increased pay. Other aspects of the compensation package include:

What you’ll do:

Administrative Assistant Duties:

  • Timely arrival/clock-in at beginning of each workday.
  • Manage and maintain all accounts payables and receivables.
  • Answer inbound phone calls and delegate leads to salespeople.
  • Generate monthly reports for profit and loss against budget, sales statistics.
  • Track employee performance.
  • Learn our proprietary cloud-based scheduling software.
  • Help develop systems and processes for streamlining workflow.
  • Track lead costs, marketing efforts and business analytics.
  • Be an Assistant to the General Manager.
  • Perform invoicing.
  • Multi-task.
  • Pay accurate attention to details.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and skills.
  • Perform customer reminder and quality control calls.
  • Keep equipment and vehicles clean and in excellent working order and notify the office team of any equipment needing repair or replacement

Customer Service

  • Maintain a very friendly demeanor and a high level of professionalism when dealing with customers and vendors.
  • Ensure customers are ecstatic with our work.

Business Development

  • Keep an eye out for additional potential work.
  • Help promote customer referrals and 5-star reviews on review sites.

The basic requirements for this job are as follows:

  • Always available, mobile, and open to travel.
