We currently have a great opportunity for an Office Assistant (Customer Experience Specialist) for our Santa Ana location. The Office Assistant primary responsibility is to be the main point of contact for clientele both by phone and in person interactions; project a professional manner with an emphasis on customer service and hospitality.

What You’ll Do
- Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to customers in a personalized and refined manner.
- Assist in service arrangements when necessary inclusive, but not limited to, ground transportation, catering, and shipping requests.
- Identify special events for clients’ travel purposes and make known additional service is added to these flights.
- Actively flight follow each daily to verify flights are on time, as scheduled.
- Communicate directly with clients if there are any delays or anticipated impacts to their flight.
- Ability to maneuver through company operating system, Jet Insight, and generate necessary reports.
- Responsible for ensuring clients, when departing from home base, are greeted in a friendly and professional manner prior to being introduced to their crew.
- Expected to greet clients upon arrival back to home base to ensure flight went smoothly and check status and appearance of aircraft once clients have deplaned.
- Demonstrate work schedule flexibility as needed to ensure adequate coverage of seeing off flights.
- Assisting crew members in preparations necessary for the aircraft; ensuring the aircraft is stocked appropriately, presentable to clients, last walk through and set of eyes before clients are on board.
- Responsible for maintaining stock inventory for all aircraft.
- Proactively follow up with customers via phone and email regarding trips and outstanding quotes. Resolves customer requests, questions, and concerns, which frequently require analysis of situations to determine the best use of resources.
- Maintain customer database with customer feedback and service issues when necessary.
- Be the primary point of contact for new retail clients to vet their needs and the best possible solutions for them, providing a positive first experience with WCAS.
- Promote internal fleet and expand on in-house opportunities such as fleet pass and shares program.
- Assist other departments as needed and approved by Logistics Supervisor.
- Additional tasks that may be assigned by the Logistics Supervisor and/or V.P., Flight Ops.
Requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Exhibits professionalism, friendliness, and confidence by phone and in person.
- Experience interacting with the affluent or selling luxury products.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including, which may include nights, weekends, holidays and on-call/after hours.
- Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and a willingness to continue to learn.
- Ability to work as a part of a close team as well as independently within a unit.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
Compensation
- Hourly to be based upon experience; targeting between $22.00 and $30.00.
