OFFICE ASSOCIATE – CERTAPRO PAINTERS 

We are a Portland based superior professional painting services company dedicated to raising the bar in our industry and we are looking for our next family member. While office experience would be ideal, we are ready to train the right person with the right attitude. In a perfect world our candidate would be:

A LITTLE ABOUT US:   CertaPro Painters of Portland is a locally owned franchise business that was started in 2016. We complete interior and exterior residential and commercial painting throughout Oregon and SW Washington. We pride ourselves on being a great employer and a customer-driven quality painting company. We work hard but we try to enjoy our work life as much as possible in the process.  

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OFFICE ASSOCIATE:  

• Welcome employees, painters, customers, and vendors into our office and on the phone

• Help to schedule new customer appointments with our sales team

• Support the office manager with daily tasks

• Be a resource for our production team to help with paint orders and other requests

• Represent CertaPro Painters in person and online through various marketing efforts

MUST HAVES:  

• Self-motivation and ability to work efficiently  

• A gregarious personality  

• Not afraid to confront challenges head on

• A great eye for detail 

• Roll with the punches

• Ability to give and take feedback professionally

• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite of applications

IT WOULD BE NICE….BUT NOT REQUIRED 

• Knowledge of paint and/or painting
