Part Time Role – 04 hours per day/20 hours per week
Job Description:
Provide coordination and support to events, meeting and conference facilities as required.
Be available flexible hours during visits from auditors or Board of Directors meetings.
Respond to and troubleshoot any reactive maintenance and repair requests in a timely manner with the facilities department.
Maintain office function and aesthetic including furniture, office signage and manage maintenance and repairs.
Provide a warm and welcoming experience to our employees, candidates, and guests in our offices.
Partner with service providers and sellers while also having general oversight of daily office operations and deliverables in all areas of services including reception, janitorial, mail and internal ticketing system.
Provide timely updates and feedback for specialized service optimizations.
Maintain and stock micro kitchens.
Maintain and stock office supplies.
Test AV and IT Equipment, file tickets for anything not working properly.
Receive, sort, and prepare mail for scanning and forwarding daily
Scan and email the sorted mail to the respective departments
File and store documents upon completion of the scanning process
Pickup and/or deliver mail to postal locations
Receive and process all incoming mail or packages
Prepare and ship all outgoing mail and shipments
Be able to lift up to 50lbs, at a time.
Maintain counts and records of incoming and outgoing shipments
Respond to mail operations requests and questions
Perform any data entry as required per assignments
Reconcile monthly budgets and expense reporting
Respond to and troubleshoot any reactive maintenance and repair requests in a timely manner.
Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure a clean and organized office.
