Potential candidates must have excellent customer service skills and prior retail experience (ideally in a salon/spa setting), must be comfortable and confident on the phone, must have a warm, outgoing personality, must be a fast learner, able to multi-task and problem solve, must be detail-oriented, punctual, and dependable. Evenings and Saturdays are a must

Responsibilities:

• Greeting clients and checking them in
• Checking clients out and pre-booking next appt
• Ringing up purchases
• Selling gift cards
• Answering phone and helping clients with booking/rescheduling appts
• Placing orders
• Counting inventory
• Entering new products into computer
• Unpacking orders and putting away products
• Cleaning reception area/bathroom
• Doing laundry
• Learning about the skin care & makeup lines we carry
• Making product recommendations to clients
• Managing cash drawer
• Helping with hosting/setting up special events or open houses
• Help with rearranging products & implementing sales or promotions

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
