Position Location

This position is eligible for hybrid (office/remote) working arrangement and flexible working hours. The position is located in Ontario, California.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to technical Administrative Support to Project Managers and Principals

Minimum Requirements

Education: High School Diploma with two (2) years college related courses preferred, or equivalent experience.

Experience: Minimum two (2) years general and administrative office experience. Minimum two (2) years experience in supporting multiple projects and people.

Job Specific Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Project Management software experience a plus
  • Detail-oriented, multi-tasking, energetic, adept at succeeding in fast-paced environment
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to establish priorities, objectives and deadlines with minimal supervision

  • Demonstrates a high degree of knowledge of specific discipline to effectively meet department objectives and identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Administration and reconciliation of Managing Principal personal calendars, task lists, and coordinating/planning meetings

The salary range for this position is $21.30 to $28.96

The actual offered salary for this position will vary depending on multiple factors including the candidate’s qualification, education, position knowledge, work experience, skills, ability, work location, and internal incumbent compensation for similar roles. We do not anticipate individuals hired into this position will start at or near the top half of the range listed; the decision will be based on each individual case. The salary range listed above does not include other compensation elements such as discretionary bonus opportunities, employee stock ownership grants, paid time off, medical insurance, and other wage and benefit opportunities.
