Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.

1. High school diploma or equivalency
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in secretarial or administrative support work
3. Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize deadlines and projects
4. Experience with fiscal and/or budget management
5. Advanced level experience using Microsoft Office Suite
6. Ability to develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive, confidential records and files
7.Ability to coordinate a variety of work activities and work as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

1. 3 years of experience in secretarial or administrative support work
2. Bachelors Degree
3. Experience as an administrative assistant in a higher education setting.
3. Knowledge of ADA workplace accommodations

Job Description

Responsible for providing administrative support to the Assoc. Vice President for Compliance and Ethics and the Institutional Compliance and Ethics Office

Job Duties

1. Open office and serve as front-line reception staff
2. Schedule, coordinate, gather information, and compile data as needed for events/meetings
3. Process Workplace Accommodation Requests
4. Coordinate all travel arrangements for workshops, conferences, programs, and meetings for departmental staff
5. Process purchasing and assist in maintaining office accounts
6. Maintain confidential files and records
7. Compose, draft, and proofread correspondence and reports
8. Train and supervise graduate and student workers
