Assist the swine herd operations at CFAES Western Research Station located in South Charleston, OH; Assist swine staff with husbandry and animal care; feeds, waters, and cares for livestock; assist with accurate research data and sample collection.; weighs livestock, feed samples and collects other samples; record keeping and computer data entry; operates and services agricultural machinery including tractors, loaders, manure spreader, mowers, and other agricultural machinery in support of the research program; assist with grounds and facility maintenance, fence repairs, post repairs, water repairs, and equipment repairs; cleans and maintains work areas and other duties as assigned. May have to work some weekends or altered work schedules and required.
