Estamos contratando Agentes de Venta Telefónica, que tendrán como objetivo contactar al usuario final y comercializar diversos productos y servicios tales como planes de abonos móviles y fijos, líneas nuevas, equipos celulares y otros, para asegurar e incrementar el parque de clientes de Claro.¿Estás Interesado? ¡APLICA HOY!

DESCRIPCIÓN DE TAREAS:

• ANALIZAR la base de datos existente
• GESTIONAR llamados de clientes.
• INDAGAR al Cliente para detectar su necesidad de compra.
• DETECTAR potenciales clientes para ofrecer el portafolio de productos.
• INFORMAR al Cliente las ventajas que posee al adquirir el servicio y/o producto que se debe ofrecer.
• VERIFICAR los datos del titular antes de cerrar la gestión de venta.
• EFECTUAR el cierre de venta y registrar todo lo acordado con el cliente en el Sistema Operativo.
• CONFIRMAR la gestión de venta en el Sistema Operativo de la Compañía
• GESTIONAR la totalidad de la venta (seguimiento post venta)

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS:

• Nivel de Formación: Secundario completo (Excluyente).
• Experiencia: En ventas (excluyente). Preferentemente 6 meses a 1 año como Asesor Comercial en Contact Center
