Responsabilidades del Puesto

• Mantener el cumplimiento de todos los requisitos legales relacionados con Medio Ambiente y Seguridad.
• Gestionar los indicadores de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente del Sector.
• Analizar e investigar los factores precursores y determinantes de accidentes y enfermedades laborales.
• Aplicar y coordinar técnicas y sistemas de gestión para la prevención y corrección de riesgos laborales y ambientales.
• Difundir e implementar las Normas de Higiene, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente en Planta, promoviendo un entorno de 0 accidentes.
• Gestionar el Pilar de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente en los sectores de Envasado, logrando sustentabilidad y mejoras en procesos.
• Coordinar el equipo responsable de HSMA dentro del Sector (Puntas de Estrella).
• Mantener al personal con capacitaciones de HSMA actualizadas.
• Liderar funcionalmente al equipo de Envasado en temas relacionados con HSMA.
