Job Overview

Provides high-quality, timely development and input to solutions for service delivery, managed services, or client projects. Assignments typically involve basic analysis and problem solving, with a focus on meeting IQVIA's service and delivery commitments to clients. Contributes to achieving client satisfaction objectives.

Essential Functions

1. Assists with reviewing and analyzing client requirements/problems.
2. Develops detailed documentation and specifications.
3. Performs basic quantitative or qualitative analyses to identify issues and develop solutions.
4. Assists Analysts and Consultants in designing and structuring presentations.
5. Develops a basic understanding of services, consulting methodologies, and the pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry.
6. Begins to develop awareness of IQVIA technology solutions.
7. Engagement-based responsibilities are assigned and closely managed by Consultants, Engagement Managers, or Principals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases.
• 1-2 years of related experience required.
• Willingness to work effectively with others to achieve team goals.
• Understanding of fundamental business processes and their impact on decision-making, growth, and decline.
• Knowledge of consulting methods, tools, and techniques relevant to the functional area.
• Awareness of current events and developments within the industry and major competitors.
• Knowledge of the marketplace, professional/trade associations, key people, and companies.
